To our Tiki Tan Clients,

Our salons reopened on Monday, May 11 according to the governor's guidelines. We are so excited to be open again and we welcome you back to our salons! Whether you're a new brand new client or you've been tanning with us for years, we realize with you may have some questions. 

How will your salon experience change?

  • We are operating under limited hours to meet the limited capacity requirement. See our Locations page for hours and salon info.

  • We are now taking appointments for all visits. Schedule your TikiTime online now! 

  • Spots are designated on the floor to help maintain social distancing. We ask that you wait to enter the salon until a place is available.

  • We have installed sneeze guards at our counters.

  • We ask that you do not visit the salon if you have an elevated temperature or feel ill. 

  • Our restrooms will be available to staff only.

 

We understand that our temporary closure affects our current members in various ways, and are making adjustments accordingly to help compensate for the number of days we were closed. Please review the following:

EFT Members:

We did not draft any dues in April since we were closed the entire month. The next scheduled draft for May will take place on the 11th when we open (originally scheduled for May 7th). Each member will also have an in-store discount to help compensate for additional days we were closed.

Active Passes/Packages:

In most cases, pass expiration dates will be extended 50 days to compensate for the amount of days we were required to closed. If you purchased our special 60-Day Pass in March, that must still be started by June 1st.

Portage Ave salon closure

Unfortunately, we are now unable to reopen our salon on Portage Ave. We genuinely appreciate all of our clients who have tanned with us at that location over the years. We will be in contact with all clients who have a membership or pass to determine whether you are able to continue tanning with us at another one of our salons. These are difficult and uncertain times for us all, and we are doing what we can to help our clients! Please remember, we are all in this together, as everyone in the community is feeling the strain from this virus in one way or another. We are doing what we can to support the governor's plan to get Indiana back on track. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these changes.
